Thank you TCR II. I worked with Sam and the experience was great, no complaints. I'm no expert but I came in with an idea of what i wanted my truck to look like. I was guided through and all my questions were answered. We put the package together on a Thursday afternoon and the parts shipped fast. When the parts arrived Monday, i dropped the truck off and on Tuesday my truck was complete and standing tall! I wish all shops operated like this one. Thank you guys i absolutely love the way the truck looks now it came out exactly how i wanted!

We took our Malibu into TRCII for poor handling issues that had us anticipating a costly frontend rebuild. After a quick inspection, they found that the hardware to struts, that were installed by another shop almost a year ago, had not been properly torqued. They checked and torqued everything and then gave us a bill that was less than a couple of nice dinners out. We will recommend them for their quality of work, professionalism in customer communication and quickness in getting us in and out while other shops couldn't "fit us in" for a couple of weeks. Great work by great people.

I recently had work done by TCR II in Tucson, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were honest, fair, and upfront throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was excellent, and they took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell anything I didn't need. It's hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but TCR II earned my confidence. They completed the work on time, charged a fair price, and delivered exactly what they promised. If you're looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy shop, I highly recommend TCR II.

I dont know who the owners are, but this crew at the Speedway location needs some well deserved recognition. I called Tuesday 6/30/2026 and spoke with Sam, to see if the shop would be able to lift my truck and put wheels and tires on my truck. I was not refused. Sam explained in detail what would be best for my truck and let me make the decision, never forced or felt forced to do add ons. I dropped my truck off on Thursdays 7/2/2026 and truck was ready the next day. The amount of stuff that I asked for was accepted with a smiling challenge by the crew. They even detailed my truck. From the management team to salesman and technicians, they all made me feel confident enough to leave the shop with my truck. They seemed more excited than me for me to see my truck. This team is hands down, BAD ASS!!!! If y'all ain't calling them for y'all's truck accessories then you ain't doing it right. Let these guys take over, I promise you will NOT be disappointed! I will be back y'all. Thanks to Sam, Management and technicians one more time. Y'all are awesome. Let's GOOOOO!!!!

In November, I brought my 2002 F-250 Powerstroke to TCR II in Tucson, AZ to address some front suspension issues—specifically camber that was noticeably off. From the very first phone call, the experience was excellent. I spoke with Samir Arteche, who was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and quickly got me scheduled to have the truck looked at. On the day of my appointment, Samir wasted no time inspecting my truck and getting it into the shop. He told me they’d put together a full estimate, and sure enough, the very next day he called to go over everything in detail. The previous owner had installed a 6-inch Fabtech lift, and it turned out that several components—ball joints, support bearings, and radius arm bushings—were all worn out. Samir also recommended adding alignment cams to properly dial everything in. I was a bit hesitant at first because this was a fairly big job, but I really appreciated that Samir and the entire team at TCR II gave me the time and space to think it through. There was absolutely no pressure—just honest advice and clear explanations. I ultimately decided to move forward, and I’m incredibly glad I did. My F-250 now rides like a brand-new truck. Even be
